Terms & Conditions: KlickEx “Family Feast” Boost Promotion
1. The Promotion Period
The “Family Feast” Boost Promotion (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:01 AM (NZDT) on April 1, 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM (FJDT) on April 30, 2026 (the “Promotion
Period”).
2. Eligibility (The Sender)
● To qualify, the sender must be a registered KlickEx user residing in Australia (AU) or New Zealand (NZ).
● The transaction must be sent via the KlickEx platform (Web) specifically to a Vodafone Fiji M-PAiSA mobile wallet.
● Transactions sent to other networks or via other methods are not eligible for this Promotion.
3. The Offer & Thresholds
There are two distinct rewards based on the transaction value:
A. The 5GB Data Bonus:
●Threshold: Any successful remittance of any amount (no minimum) sent from AU/NZ to a Vodafone M-PAiSA account in Fiji.
● Reward: The recipient in Fiji will receive a 5GB Data Bonus.
● Fulfilment: Data is provisioned immediately upon the successful receipt of funds in the M-PAiSA wallet.
● Validity: The 5GB Data is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation. Unused data will expire thereafter.
B. The FJ$20 Cash Bonus:
● Threshold: A minimum single transaction amount of AU$250 or NZ$250 (excluding fees) successfully received into a Vodafone M-PAiSA account.
● Reward: The recipient in Fiji will receive a FJ$20 Cash Bonus credited directly to their M-PAiSA wallet.
● Fulfilment Timeline: The cash bonus will be processed and loaded by KlickEx as a separate transaction into the recipient’s M-PAiSA account.
● Processing Window: This bonus will be credited within 48 hours of the initial qualifying transaction reaching the recipient’s MPAiSA wallet.
● Visibility: Recipients will see two distinct entries in their M-PAiSA transaction history:
(1) The original remittance amount and (2) The FJ$20 Promotion Bonus.
4. Customer Notification
● Vodafone Fiji will notify the recipient via SMS (Text Message) once the 5GB Data Bonus and/or the FJ$20 Cash Bonus has been successfully credited to their account.
5. General Conditions & Limitations
● Exclusivity: This offer is exclusive to Vodafone Fiji M-PAiSA users.
● Usage: Cash bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other currencies outside of the M-PAiSA ecosystem.
● Standard Terms: All standard KlickEx and Vodafone M-PAiSA user agreements, including AML/CTF compliance and privacy policies, apply to all transactions.
● Right to Amend: KlickEx and Vodafone Fiji reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical
issues.
● Fair Use: KlickEx reserves the right to disqualify any users found to be “splitting” transactions or engaging in fraudulent activity to manipulate reward thresholds.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which KlickEx operates (New Zealand and Australia) and the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
