How do I sign up for a KlickEx account?
Signing up for a KlickEx account is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of this page. You will be directed to a secure portal for your account sign up. It will ask for your details, you will also need a photo ID, a selfie and you may be required to provide proof of address in order to verify your account. Once verified, you can send your first transfer.
Which partners (or operators) can I send money to?
Our partners currently include:
- Digicel Pacific: Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea
- Vodafone: Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu and Cook Islands
- SPBD: Samoa and Tonga
- WanTok: Tonga
- GCASH: Philippines
What countries/currencies can I send money transfer from?
You can send transfers from Australia in AUD and from New Zealand in NZD.
Which countries can I send money to?
KlickEx currently provides money transfers to:
- Samoa: Digicel MyCash, Vodafone m-Tala, SPBD
- Tonga: Digicel MyCash, WanTok, SPBD
- Fiji: Digicel MyCash, Vodafone M-PAiSA
- Vanuatu: Digicel MyCash, Vodafone M-Vatu
- Papua New Guinea: Digicel CellMoni
- Cook Islands: Vodafone e-Moni
- Philippines: GCASH
Which browsers can I use?
The KlickEx partner websites are supported on Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.
How do I verify my account with KlickEx or a KlickEx partner?
The account verification process is dependant on the sender’s resident country.
In New Zealand, senders will need to provide a copy of:
- A valid passport and or New Zealand Driving Licence,
- A proof of address document dated within the last 12 months (this can include a utility bill, tax bill, or credit card bill, for example), and
- A selfie that shows the entirety of your face.
In Australia, senders will need to provide a copy of:
- A valid passport and or Australia Driving Licence, and
- A selfie that shows the entirety of your face.
How much does it cost to send a transfer with KlickEx?
Account setup with KlickEx is completely free, you will only ever pay when you use it. Each transaction can cost up to $5 in the sending currency. For example: If you send NZ$400 from New Zealand, you can be charged up to NZ$5. If you send AUD$1,000 from Australia, you will be charged up to AUD$5. It doesn’t matter how much you send, the fee is always capped at $5.
New Zealand customers only: If you send from a retail outlet / agent, you will also incur an additional merchant fee of up to NZ$4. This could bring the total maximum send fee to $9 NZD.
Is there a limit to how much I can send?
Once your account is fully verified, a daily limit of $5,000 NZD / AUD per sender applies with a $2,800 NZD / AUD per transaction limit.
Note: Daily Total Transaction Limit and Total Wallet Limit apply to both Digicel and Vodafone.
I sent a transfer to an incorrect number or wrong person and/ or I sent the wrong amount; what can should I do?
If you have made any of the above mistakes or you want to ask a question about your transfer, we recommend contacting our support team at support@klickex.com. Our Customer Care team will discuss the options available for you.
Please note that our ability to rectify send errors this depends on many factors, such as whether or not the recipient has withdrawn the funds. Any corrections with incorrect numbers can take up to 3-4 days.
How does my receiver register their number with Digicel and Vodafone?
Digicel Pacific and Vodafone numbers must be registered for your receiver to have funds credited to their mobile wallet. Your receiver must have a valid photo ID to register with one of these providers.
