Before sending, ensure you have the recipient's name and mobile number. To complete the transfer, enter these details along with the amount and a short description. After reviewing, tap 'Send'. The funds will be delivered to their ShopeePay wallet in Indonesia.

The transfer will arrive within 15 minutes. The recipient will see a notification in their ShopeePay app and you’ll receive an email confirmation with all of the transfer details.
