How do I sign up for a KlickEx account?

Signing up for a KlickEx account is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of this page. You will be directed to a secure portal for your account sign up.  It will ask for your details,  you will also need a photo ID, a selfie and you may be required to provide proof of address in order to verify your account. Once verified, you can send your first transfer.

What countries/currencies can I send money transfer from?

You can send transfers from Australia in AUD and from New Zealand in NZD.

Which browsers can I use?

Our website is supported on Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.

How do I verify my account with KlickEx or a KlickEx partner?

The account verification process is dependant on the sender’s resident country.

In New Zealand, senders will need to provide a copy of:

  • A valid passport and or New Zealand Driving Licence,
  • A proof of address document dated within the last 12 months (this can include a utility bill, tax bill, or credit card bill, for example), and
  • A selfie that shows the entirety of your face.

In Australia, senders will need to provide a copy of:

  • A valid passport and or Australia Driving Licence, and
  • A selfie that shows the entirety of your face.

How much does it cost to send a transfer with KlickEx?

Account setup with KlickEx is completely free, you will only ever pay when you use it. Each transaction can cost up to $5 in the sending currency. For example: If you send NZ$400 from New Zealand, you can be charged up to NZ$5. If you send AUD$1,000 from Australia, you will be charged up to AUD$5. It doesn’t matter how much you send, the fee is always capped at $5.

New Zealand customers only: If you send from a retail outlet / agent, you will also incur an additional merchant fee of up to NZ$4. This could bring the total maximum send fee to $9 NZD.

Is there a limit to how much I can send?

Once your account is fully verified, a daily limit of $5,000 NZD / AUD per sender applies with a $2,800 NZD / AUD per transaction limit.

Note: Daily Total Transaction Limit and Total Wallet Limit apply to both Digicel and Vodafone.

I sent a transfer to an incorrect number or wrong person and/ or I sent the wrong amount; what can should I do?

If you have made any of the above mistakes or you want to ask a question about your transfer, we recommend contacting our support team at support@klickex.com. Our Customer Care team will discuss the options available for you.

Please note that our ability to rectify send errors this depends on many factors, such as whether or not the recipient has withdrawn the funds. Any corrections with incorrect numbers can take up to 3-4 days.

How does my receiver register their number with Digicel Pacific, Vodafone, KlickEx, GCASH, Our Telekom M-SELEN, MoMo Mobile Wallet or ShopeePay?

If your recipient is using an app-based Mobile Wallet service, they may need to have the relevant app to be able to withdraw the money, here’s how by operator.

  • Digicel Pacific: Download the MyCash App and link it to a local Digicel Pacific Number, or for the CellMoni App and link it to a local Papua New Guinea mobile phone number and contact Digicel to ensure that your CellMoni account it set up
  • Vodafone: Your recipient must have an App for M-Tala (Samoa), M-PAiSA (Fiji), M-Vatu (Vanuatu), or e-Moni account (Cook Islands)
  • GCASH: Download the app, and link to a local Philippine mobile phone number
  • Our Telekom M-SELEN: Download the app and link it to a local Solomon Islands Our Telekom mobile number
  • MoMo Mobile Wallet: Download the app and set up your MoMo Wallet
  • KlickEx: There is no need for an app; send to any mobile number in Tonga or Samoa with KlickEx. Money can be collected on a Visa Debit card at the KlickEx office in Tongatapu or Apia.
  • ShopeePay: Download the app and set up your ShopeePay Wallet.
  • Touch’n Go: Download the app from the Play Store or App Store.
  • True Money: Download the app from the Play Store or App Store.

How do I send mobile Top Up?

  • With KlickEx, you can send top-ups instantly to prepaid mobile phones anywhere in the world.To send a top-up, just follow the steps below:
    1. Once you are on the Top Up page, select the country and enter the receiver’s phone number.
    2. Choose the correct operator. Bear in mind that our system can detect most of the operators automatically.
    3. Select the amount you want to send. For some operators, we have data plans and packages available. If this is the case for your operator, you’ll see the Plans section next to Let’s select a top. If you want to change the operator, all you have to do is click the pencil icon.
    4. After selecting the amount, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a one-time password.
    5. In the order summary, review all transaction details to make sure they are correct. Add a payment method and click Pay.

    That’s it! Your top-up will be sent, and we will send you a confirmation email.

It’s mostly instant but can take up to a few minutes. Note that if your recipient is not in a coverage area, the  Top Up notification will arrive when they have mobile coverage.
