How do I sign up for a KlickEx Money Card?

Signing up for a digital KlickEx Money Card is quick and easy for all verified KlickEx customers. Once you have a digital card, you can order a physical card as well!

    1. Log in to your KlickEx Account. Using your email address and password, securely log in to your KlickEx wallet account.
  • Request a digital KlickEx Money Card Request a digital KlickEx Money Card for either New Zealand or Australia. The card will be issued straight away!
  • Add your KlickEx Money Card to your e-wallet Once issued, you can add your digital KlickEx Money Card to your Apple Pay or Google Pay Wallet! Then use it as you please. 

Add funds to your Card from your KlickEx Wallet Account. You can also transfer from your Card back to your KlickEx Wallet Account.

How do I activate my KlickEx Money Card?

  • To activate your Card, simply visit klickexmoneycard.com
  • Choose the primary country for your card – Australia or New Zealand.
  • Add funds to your Card online using your KlickEx wallet. Once you have a digital card, you can also apply for a physical card. You can do this within your KlickEx Money Card account.
  • Sign your Card straight away, then make sure you keep it in a safe place.

What is the KlickEx Money Card Management Portal?

The KlickEx Money Card Management Portal or  Cardholder Portal is an online account for all your KlickEx Money Card management activities. Including:

  • Activation and Registration;
  • View all your transactions and your KlickEx Money Card balance;
  • Set / Reset your PIN;
  • Updating your Personal Details. Profile, Password, Secret Question; and
  • Blocking your KlickEx Money Card when Lost or Stolen.

How do I activate and register my Card?

You must activate and register your Card prior to its use.

  • Visit the website klickexmoneycard.com
  • Choose the primary country for your card – Australia or New Zealand.
  • Click on Login / Activate Card.
  • For digital cards – click on the Digital Link and enter your card reference number.
  • Enter your birthday details – DD/MM.
  • Set your own 4 digit PIN. Keep this PIN safe and secure. Do not write this PIN on your KlickEx Money Card or disclose it to anyone.
  • When prompted if you are an existing user: 

> Select No, if this is your first KlickEx Money Card and you have not previously set a User ID and Password. 

> Select Yes, if you have previously registered a KlickEx Money Card from the same program and created a User ID and Password. You will then be prompted to enter your login credentials and your subsequent Card/s will be added to your profile. Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration by creating your User ID and Password. These will be your new login credentials. Ensure the compulsory fields are completed (these are marked with an * asterisk).

How do I check my KlickEx Money Card Transactions & Balance?

You can check your KlickEx Money Card balance and complete transaction history anytime by logging into your online account at klickexmoneycard.com

What do I do if I have forgotten my PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by logging into your online account at klickexmoneycard.com. Once you have logged in, click on ‘Additional Services’ and select the option to ‘Change PIN’ and complete the onscreen prompts.

How do I Add Funds to My KlickEx Money Card?

You can load your KlickEx Money Card by transferring funds from your KlickEx Wallet to your KlickEx Money Card.

Which Currencies can I use and what are the Exchange Rates?

Your KlickEx Money Card is loaded with local currency. NZD for NZ Cards and AUD for AU Cards. Any transactions made in any currency other than your local currency will be subject to foreign exchange fees.

When does my Card Expire?

The expiry date is printed on the back of your KlickEx Money Card. Please note that you will need to use any available balance on your KlickEx Money Card prior to expiry. Any funds on your KlickEx Money Card at the point of expiry will be forfeited. Please reach out to the KlickEx Support team for Card replacement prior to expiry.

What do I do if my Card is Lost or Stolen?

Should your KlickEx Money Card be lost or stolen, you need to act immediately to have the Card blocked and replaced. To block your Card against fraudulent use, log in to your online account at klickexmoneycard.com, click on ‘Additional Services’ select the ‘Lock/Unlock’ Card function and proceed to lock your Card. You can request a replacement KlickEx Money Card through the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will advise where you can collect a new Card.

How do I Add my KlickEx Card to my Wallet?

To add your KlickEx MoneyCard to your Mobile Wallet.

  1. Open the Wallet app on your mobile device.
  2. Click the + icon.
  3. Select Debit or Credit Card.
  4. Enter your card details manually.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Enter the requested OTP sent via Email or SMS.

Your card has been added to your wallet. You can now make contactless payments anywhere Apple Pay or Google Pay is accepted.
