Sign up and create your account

To get started, simply sign up with us. If you are a new customer, you will need to verify your account details with a photo ID, selfie photo and/or proof of address. Existing customers can log into their account using their email address and unique password.

Now add funds to your account

Add funds to your KlickEx account using a debit card, a direct bank transfer, POLi Payment, or via PayID.

Make a transfer to India

Now let's get that transfer on it's way.
Add the contact, when you add it you will need to choose from UPI or bank transfer. You will then need the following:
- For UPI: You will need the recipient's UPI ID.
- For Bank Transfers: You will need the Bank ID, Account Number, Branch ID (optional), and Account Type (Savings or Checking).
Once the contact is added, select the purpose of the transfer, the payment method and amount. Next you will see the transfer details, when you are happy click Confirm & Transfer.

The transfer will arrive within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all of the transfer details.

Make a transfer to India

Now, let's get that transfer on its way! Start by adding your contact, where you will need to choose between a UPI or bank transfer. If you are using UPI, you will just need the recipient's UPI ID. For bank transfers, you will need the Bank ID, Account Number, and Account Type (Savings or Checking), with the Branch ID being optional. Once the contact is added, simply select the purpose of your transfer, your preferred payment method, and the amount. Finally, you will see a summary of your transfer details; if everything looks correct, just click Confirm & Transfer.

The transfer will arrive within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all of the transfer details.
